Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Sound Engineer to join our crew. This is an in-house position, not a one-off gig. You’ll be responsible for ensuring top-quality live sound, managing stage setup and changeovers, and serving as the point of contact between artists and venue staff.

Responsibilities

• Run FOH sound for national, regional, and local acts.

• Manage load-in, stage setup, and soundcheck.

• Operate and maintain the house PA, monitors, and backline equipment.

• Handle changeovers between sets smoothly and efficiently.

• Communicate with artists, tour managers, and venue staff to create a positive experience.

• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and calmly.

• Assist with stage breakdown and load-out at the end of the night.

• Maintain audio gear in good working condition and suggest upgrades/repairs as needed.

• Willing to train as Lighting Director (LD) to cover lighting needs as required.

Requirements

• Proven live sound mixing experience, preferably in a venue setting

• Strong technical knowledge of digital consoles, PA systems, and stage gear

• Ability to work with diverse artists and genres

• Professional, calm under pressure, and a good communicator

• Ability to work well as part of a small, close-knit team

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
